Land Rover Miramar November of 2008 Wheels Event
Another beautiful day was upon the group as we convoyed to the Ocotillo Wells Recreation area on 11/14/08. Once there, the new Land Rover owner's were able to adventure onto the desert floor with personal instruction on the usage and capabilities of there unique vehicles. As always, Land Rover Miramar provided all the food and goodies for another fun day. Many thanks to all the new Land Rover owners who joined us and to the Land Rover Miramar team for their efforts and support!!
Land Rover Miramar June of 2008 Wheels Event
It was a warm and sunny day as we adventured to the desert of Ocotillo Wells Vehicular Recreational Area on June 27th, 2008. A caravan of 6 Land Rovers braved the desert heat to enjoy a day of experiencing the best 4x4xFar! We met promptly at 7:00am at Dudley's Bakery in Santa Ysabel to meet all the participants, receive walkie-talkies, and an adventure pack. Once in Ocotillo Wells, owner's were able to test their vehicles in various terrain and use the features of their vehicles with guidance from our trail boss and Land Rover Miramar Shop Foreman, Neal Ernst. Instruction was provided on an individual basis and by group walkie-talkie and a fun day was had by all. Food and Drink was provided as well with the assistance of Land Rover Miramar employees who are also invited to participate for further support and also gain experience. Many thanks to our new Land Rover Owner's who joined us and to the Land Rover Miramar Team for their dedicated support.
